BACOO LACED MARINADE

1/3 Cup Bacoo Rum
½ Cup Pineapple Juice
¼ Cup Soy Sauce
1 to 2 Green Onions, chopped
2 Tbls Brown Sugar
1 Tbls Fresh Ginger, grated
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over your favorite meat, we used flank steak. Let sit for a minimum of 4 hours, (24 hours is better) in the refrigerator. Depending on the size of your meat, you may need to double the recipe.

Grill it up and enjoy!
